Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee land development projects from proposal through design, permitting, and construction in Fort Worth, TX. This is an in-office, full-time opportunity with long-term growth.

You will manage scopes, schedules, and budgets; lead a civil design team using AutoCAD and Civil 3D; coordinate with engineers, regulatory agencies, and clients; and mentor staff while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of land development experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of Civil 3D experience.
• P.E. license in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and land development.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects and lead a design team.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, proposals, and client deliverables.
• Lead civil design and coordinate with engineers, drafters, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and review civil construction plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Oversee grading, drainage, paving, water, sewer, and utility design.
• Coordinate project approvals and permitting with local authorities.
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor project budgets and schedules.
• Review plans and deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Mentor and manage design staff and delegate project tasks.
• Maintain strong client relationships and assist with business development.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
