Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer who can own design and lead client relationships on site civil and land development projects from concept to construction documents.

Formación

• Solid background in site civil and land development design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and ability to independently produce construction documents.
• Experience managing projects with schedules and budgets.
• Track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience or strong interest in business development with a seller-doer mindset.
• Public sector project experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site civil and land development projects from concept through construction.
• Produce and oversee grading plans, drainage layouts, and utility designs using Civil 3D.
• Develop and review full construction document sets for site civil projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure quality and compliance with applicable standards.
• Serve as primary client, agency, and internal stakeholder contact.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across your project portfolio.
• Mentor junior engineering staff.
• Contribute to proposals and pursuit strategies for new civil/land development work.
• Support business development efforts with a seller-doer mindset.
• Help bring in new work, with a focus on public sector opportunities.
• Collaborate with multiple offices to deliver high-quality, coordinated project outcomes.
