Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking a Project Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join its collaborative team in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on planning, design and permitting of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial sectors.

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, lead design teams, oversee budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff while liaising with clients and regulatory agencies to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 6+ years of site/civil land development experience.
• Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations.
• Ability to develop new work and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects.
• Design site layout, grading, drainage, and infrastructure from concept through completion.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules; monitor timelines.
• Prepare and review reports including feasibility studies and stormwater reports.
• Provide hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and SWPPP design expertise.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow the practice and mentor staff.
• Perform other duties as requested.
