Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Land Development Project Manager for a growing civil engineering firm in Texas.

The candidate will lead commercial and residential development from planning through completion, requiring a Texas PE license and strong leadership capabilities. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, leading engineers and CAD staff, overseeing design and QA/QC, coordinating with clients and municipalities, mentoring junior staff, and supporting business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Texas PE license is required.
5–15 years post-graduate civil engineering experience.
Strong background in master-planned, single-family residential development.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple land development projects, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Lead engineers, EITs, CAD technicians, consultants, and support staff.
Oversee civil design, calculations, plans, specifications, and QA/QC.
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, review agencies, and project stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and EITs.
Resolve complex design and project management challenges.
Support proposals and business development activities.
