Job summary
B.H. Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Manager to plan and design moderate to complex projects while leading an engineering team to meet project goals. The role is based at one of our Utah offices in Logan, SLC, or Vernal, with a negotiable salary DOE.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer license, with 7+ years of relevant experience and strong client management skills. Proficiency in Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Revit is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
- Experience managing public and private clients on medium-to-complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and build engineering teams while self-managing workloads and project schedules.
- Plan and design moderate to complex projects and ensure successful outcomes.
- Perform business development tasks, prepare proposals, and manage sub-consultants.
