Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) invites qualified students to join as a Civil Engineering Intern at Cape Canaveral. You will gain hands-on experience in future launch structures, system safety, and production operations while supporting analysis, design, and data projects.

You'll shadow engineers, work full-time for a 10-week summer term, and contribute to a variety of engineering tasks using MS Office and basic engineering tools. ITAR/US Person status is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a STEM degree; Civil Engineering preferred.
• Plan to be enrolled Fall Semester 2027.
• Available for full-time 10 weeks in Summer 2027.
• Working knowledge of basic engineering tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and development of future structures and launch operations.
• Perform data analysis and support tool design, trade studies, and non-conformances.
• Shadow engineers and participate in day-to-day engineering tasks.
