Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of progress toward a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; 3 years toward degree preferred.
• GPA 3.0 preferred.
• Interest in site civil and land development design (grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, paving).
• Coursework or project experience in civil design and related areas is preferred.
• Working knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design teams on general site civil and land development projects.
• Assist with grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, paving, erosion control, and construction plan prep.
• Document design decisions and coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams.
• Communicate clearly and participate in a collaborative design process.
