Job summary

Bohler’s Boca Raton, FL office seeks a motivated Civil Engineering Intern (Land Development) for Spring 2027 to learn the full site development process from concept to construction. You’ll work with engineers, designers, and project managers on active land development projects, using AutoCAD Civil 3D for concept, grading, and utility plans.

Gain hands-on experience while you observe field conditions, assist with permitting, and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems Engineering, or a related field
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently and with a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with site design and permitting using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Learn the stages of land development and site design processes
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to move projects forward
• Research zoning ordinances and coordinate with local jurisdictions
