Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED and be pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Field of study preferred: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
• 0–2 years experience in estimating support, engineering, or field support.

Responsibilities

• Interpret designs/drawings for takeoffs and workforce for bids.
• Prepare and distribute documentation such as status reports, punch lists, sketches, and material calculations.
• Provide technical support on project materials meeting specifications, delivery dates and schedules.
• Assist with change orders and estimates with drawings and sketches to support estimating and construction work.
• Develop job essential data including quantity take-offs and material pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities for work performed and materials installed for cost controls.
