Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking Civil Engineering interns to support a variety of municipal and environmental projects. You will work under a Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience in office and field settings and applying coursework to real-world challenges.

Your role includes CAD work, designing computations, and learning how state and local regulations shape engineering design. Participation via office or fieldwork depends on project needs, with a collaborative team culture and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Civil Engineering.
• Familiar with or able to read blueprints.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams on municipal and environmental engineering projects.
• Support construction observation and quantity measurements.
• Review and edit plans to Fehr Graham standards; CAD and basic design tasks.
• Exposure to surveying and fieldwork depending on project needs.
