Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking civil engineering interns to gain hands-on experience across municipal and environmental projects. You will report to a Project Manager and contribute to construction observation, measurements, and plan reviews.

You’ll develop CAD skills, learn design standards, and participate in both office and fieldwork, collaborating with engineers and scientists in a team‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Civil Engineering.
• Familiar with reading blueprints or able to read them.
• Able to work well independently and in a team.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction observation and measuring quantities.
• Review and edit engineering plans to Fehr Graham standards.
• Attend office or field work as required and sharpen CAD skills.
• Learn engineering standards and how regulations are incorporated into design.
• Collaborate with engineers and environmental scientists to deliver project deliverables.
