Job summary

Bohler in Tampa, FL invites a Civil Engineering Intern to gain hands-on Construction Administration experience as projects move from plans to construction. You will support RFIs, submittals, and field observations, while learning how design teams and contractors collaborate on site.

This internship provides exposure to the construction phase of land development, documentation, logs, permits, and coordination with project teams to keep workflows moving.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; degree preferred (Civil Eng/ CM) or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and project-related correspondence.
• Participate in site visits and document site observations.
• Support pre-construction activities, punch lists, and permit coordination.
• Help maintain project logs, trackers, and other documentation.
• Coordinate between contractors, Construction Administration professionals, and design teams.
• Assist project teams in addressing construction-related questions and issues.
