Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field, preferred but not required.
• No prior professional experience required; internship or coursework is a plus.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively and professionally with team members.
• Utilization of common business platforms and tools (MS Office, virtual meeting tools, PM systems).
• Flexibility to travel to job sites and meetings as necessary, including overnight stays.
• Valid US Driver’s License and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic tasks in the design and development of engineering projects under supervision.
• Gather and organize project data, including code requirements and industry standards.
• Support data collection, field inspections, and preparation of technical documentation.
• Use standard office and engineering software to support project activities.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in assigned tasks.
• Suggest ideas to improve project efficiency and organization.
