Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Seattle, WA is seeking engineering students to join our office for an internship. This is not a remote position.

Interns will utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients and contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, permitting, and analysis on multiple projects. Training includes AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.

Qualifications

In the process of receiving an ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering.
Majors include Mechanical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering.
Engineering Technology

Responsibilities

Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions.
Develop familiarity with regulations and Kimley-Horn practices and standards.
