Job summary

Kimley-Horn's St. Petersburg, FL office is seeking engineering students to join as interns for hands-on experience in civil and environmental projects.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters).
  • Majors include Civil and/or Environmental, Mechanical, Biological, or related fields.
  • Engineering Technology also considered.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical software regularly to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables.
  • Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, and permitting.
  • Solve complex problems and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions.
  • Develop familiarity with applicable regulations and company practices.
  • Interns will learn software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, and more.
