Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking engineering students to join our office in 2027. This is not a remote position.

You will use technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables, and contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis across multiple projects.

Interns will gain experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, GIS and related tools while learning regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Also eligible: Engineering Technology

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
• Solve problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize clients' visions for the built environment.
• Develop familiarity with regulations and Kimley-Horn's practices and standards.
• Interns will learn software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS
