Job summary

Carroll Engineering Corporation seeks a Senior Civil Engineering Manager in Hillsborough, NJ to lead engineers and surveyors on land development and municipal projects. A BS in Civil Engineering and a NJ PE license are required, with 10+ years of engineering/management experience.

You will oversee civil design, reports, drawings, specs, and calculations; build client relations, proposals, budgets; mentor staff and drive QA/QC, project delivery, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
• NJ PE license required.
• 10+ years of engineering/management experience.
• Land development and municipal project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and surveyors.
• Lead civil design efforts, prepare reports, drawings, specs and calculations.
• Develop client relationships, proposals and budgets.
• Mentor staff and act as technical resource.
• Develop fee estimates and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Ensure QA/QC within design teams.
• Develop business development opportunities.
• Support improvements to tools and resources.
