Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with NJ PE license required.
• 5+ years as a NJ PE with land development/site design experience.
• Experience as Engineer of Record and project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of civil/site practices, permitting, and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and design a variety of civil/site projects.
• Oversee municipal approvals and client coordination.
• Develop site design, stormwater, grading, utilities, and subdivisions.
• Maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
