Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering graduates to join our Memphis, TN office in 2026. This is not a remote position and involves working with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS to analyze and deliver client projects.

You will contribute to pre-construction design and permitting, learn regulatory practices, and collaborate with multiple disciplines to shape the built environment. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

  • ABET-accredited engineering degree to be earned by Summer 2027.
  • Majors include Civil and/or Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, Agricultural, or Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
  • Assist pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to realize clients’ visions for the built environment.

Education

ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027 in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related fields
