Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking Engineering graduates to join our Atlanta Midtown, Georgia office in 2027. This is not a remote position. You will use software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS to analyze, design, and QC deliverables for our clients.

You will learn federal, state, and local regulations, and adapt to Kimley-Horn’s practices and standards while collaborating across disciplines to deliver the envisioned built environment.

Qualifications

ABET-accredited engineering degree required by Summer 2027 across listed majors.

Responsibilities

Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
Contribute to pre-construction civil design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions.
Develop familiarity with regulations and Kimley-Horn’s practices and standards.
Learn software relevant to discipline: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS.
