Job summary

Windsor Engineers in Portland, OR seeks an early-career Civil Engineer to support municipal and land development infrastructure projects. You will perform supervised engineering calculations, CAD drafting and modeling, project planning, and preparation of plans and specifications.

Responsibilities include cost and quantity estimates and site visits as needed, collaborating with team members to deliver accurate documentation and high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of CAD, Civil 3D modeling, or drafting experience; coursework counts.
• Familiarity with technical documents and design tools; basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Holding a valid driver's license with reliable transportation; EIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support municipal and land development infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, stormwater and land development.
• Perform supervised engineering calculations, CAD drafting and modeling, project planning, and preparation of plans and specifications.
• Provide cost and quantity estimates and conduct site visits as needed.
