Windsor Engineers in Ridgefield, WA, is seeking a Civil Engineer who loves to learn and grow. You will support project teams delivering infrastructure solutions, under seasoned mentors, with hands-on experience in engineering calculations, CAD design, and construction administration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CAD, Civil3D modeling and drafting experience (coursework counts)
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Familiarity with drafting and modeling tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, GIS, and Bluebeam
• Knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
• Strong written, verbal and technical communication skills and ability to work on a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Windsor's core values through positive representation and relationship building.
• Assist Project Engineers with infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, stormwater, and land development.
• Perform engineering calculations and technical work under supervision.
• Draft and model using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Revit.
• Support project delivery through engineering, drafting, and planning activities.
• Assist with project plans and specifications, preparing cost and quantity estimates.
• Engage with the team daily with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Participate in continuous learning of industry standards and codes.
• Complete site visits as needed.
