Qualifications

- Five years of supervisory experience are required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality construction through uniform administration of sound policies and contract specifications.
- Process major contract changes promptly and ensure technical correctness.
- Investigate construction problems and provide timely resolutions.
- Provide training to project personnel on inspection and documentation duties.
- Review and evaluate merit of contract claims.
- Direct activities of the Bureau of Construction during Engineer of Construction absence.
