Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 1+ years of civil engineering design, analysis, and drafting experience.
• Experience with CAD software such as Revit or AutoCAD Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Own site feasibility, grading, drainage, stormwater design and utilities.
• Prepare calculations for grading, drainage, water distribution, and underground utilities.
• Coordinate with agencies to obtain permits for land development projects.
• Manage civil construction in the field, including QC and contractor coordination.
• Engage with contractors/owners to define requirements, schedules and costs.
• Resolve design/field conflicts in real time.
