Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Civil Engineer for land development related to the Starship Launch Pad. As part of the engineering team, you will design, build, and manage infrastructure for orbital launch capabilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 1+ years of experience. Candidates should have technical skills in storm water management, and an understanding of other engineering disciplines. The position will involve real-time conflict resolution and extensive fieldwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in civil engineering design, analysis, and/or drafting.
• Ability to pass Air Force background checks for Cape Canaveral.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and issue drawings for land development projects.
• Perform calculations for grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Manage civil aspects of construction projects in the field.
