Kimley-Horn's Roseville, CA office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join their roadway team. This is not a remote position. You will develop roadway designs, prepare plans and cost estimates, and select materials that meet standards. Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Proficiency with Microstation, Open Roads, AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Develop roadway designs and alignments in compliance with standards.
• Prepare project plans, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
• Select materials and prepare road construction specifications.
• Provide technical support during construction and review plans.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with jurisdictions and contractors.
