Our growth offers an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee land development projects from start to finish. This role requires a leader who can manage client relationships, direct project execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables within scope, budget, and timeline.

A successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience as a civil engineer with a PE license in the relevant state. Leadership and mentoring experience with junior staff are essential.

The focus is on land development projects within retail, commercial, and residential sectors, working with municipal agencies and multiple disciplines.

This role is hybrid and can be based in the following locations: Meriden, Hartford, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Cherry Hill, Harrisburg, Nashville, Denver, Melville, Norwood, Warwick, Miami, Orlando

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and execution of retail, commercial, and residential land development projects.
• Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Oversee project teams, allocate resources, and promote efficiency.
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Represent clients at public meetings and before agencies and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across disciplines within BL Companies and with external partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff, fostering a learning environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• PE License is required
• 10+ years in land development engineering
• Proven leadership in managing full-time staff
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations
• Experience working with municipal agencies, regulatory bodies, and private sector clients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
