Job Title: Civil Engineer/Project Manager

A challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead and manage land development and infrastructure projects across the United States.

Position Overview

We seek a Civil Engineer/Project Manager to oversee planning, design, entitlement, and construction of various projects. Responsibilities include ensuring project quality, cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and managing staff, consultants, and stakeholders. You will also provide technical guidance and leadership to engineers, designers, and technicians.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects such as land development, roads, water supply, sewer, and drainage systems.
  2. Prepare and review proposals, contracts, budgets, schedules, specifications, drawings, and reports.
  3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, regulators, and public agencies.
  4. Monitor project progress, quality, and performance; implement corrective actions.
  5. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  6. Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes and conflicts.
  9. Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to field staff and contractors.
  10. Lead and motivate project teams, providing mentorship and guidance.
  11. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  12. Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  2. Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  3. At least 7+ years of civil engineering and project management experience, preferably in land development.
  4. Proven success in delivering large-scale projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
  5. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
  6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and similar software.
  7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  10. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
