Job summary

Kleinfelder’s Design Services team is seeking a Civil Engineer (E.I.T) to contribute to land development and power grid resiliency projects in the Mid-Atlantic region, including commercial and industrial developments.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 3–6 years of erosion and sediment control design experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3-D, and Hydroflow; travel to Hanover, MD or Mechanicsburg, PA may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in erosion and sediment control design and post-construction stormwater design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3-D, and Hydroflow.

Responsibilities

• Site layout & grading.
• Erosion and sediment control design.
• Post construction stormwater management.
• Prepare NPDES permit applications.
• Land development applications in accordance with federal, state, and local ordinances.
• Zoning compliances.
