Job summary

Stantec seeks a Civil Engineer – Land Development to work on diverse projects in Madison, WI. You will evaluate and engineer civil systems, develop designs, and prepare documentation with senior guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects of average complexity/size independently or as team member.
• Evaluate and engineer civil systems and products for a project.
• Develop design through sketches and 3D models.
• Lead project coordination meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation including site plans and details.
• Perform calculations using standard software and proprietary tools.
• Contribute to cost estimation and project scope management.
