Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Civil Engineer – Land Development in the United States to work on a range of projects from municipal to site development. You will evaluate, specify, and engineer civil systems, perform calculations, and support project teams under senior staff.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Engineering, be licensed or able to obtain within 6 months, and bring at least five years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS, and standard design software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Licensed PE or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, specify, and engineer civil systems for projects.
• Develop designs through sketches, models, and drawings.
• Lead design coordination meetings with teams and consultants.
• Perform calculations using standard software and proprietary tools.
• Support project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
