Job summary

TYG is seeking Civil Engineers across multiple levels to support expanding site development projects in diverse U.S. markets. You'll work on grading, utilities, and stormwater design, with increasing project ownership and exposure to private and municipal development.

Ideal candidates have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Remote or hybrid flexibility is offered based on location and level.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering and civil/site design experience.
• EIT preferred; PE required for senior roles or ability to obtain.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design.
• Strong team orientation and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support design and coordination for site development including grading, utilities, and stormwater systems.
• Prepare construction documents, stormwater calculations, and permit submittals.
• Collaborate with clients, attend municipal meetings, and assist in project approvals.
• Work with Project Managers and subconsultants to ensure timely deliverables.
