Job summary

TYG is seeking Civil Engineers across multiple levels to support expansion in Portland, Oregon. The role centers on land development, site design, grading, utilities, and stormwater within a collaborative, design-focused environment that offers increasing project ownership.

Open to mid-level through senior engineers with strong experience in site grading and stormwater design. Remote or hybrid flexibility is available depending on location and level, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering is required.
• EIT preferred; PE is required for senior-level roles or ability to obtain.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and fundamentals of site grading, utility layout, and stormwater design.

Responsibilities

• Support design and coordination for site development projects including grading, utilities, and stormwater systems
• Prepare construction documents, stormwater calculations, and permit submittals
• Collaborate with clients, attend municipal meetings, and assist in project approvals
• Work closely with Project Managers and subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
