Job summary

TYG seeks Civil Engineers across multiple levels to support growth in key US markets, including Seattle. Open to mid-level through senior engineers with site design, grading, utilities, and stormwater experience, offering increasing project ownership in a collaborative, design-focused environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating design for site development, preparing docs and stormwater calculations, and engaging with clients and municipalities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering is required or equivalent.
• EIT preferred; PE required for senior-level roles or ability to obtain.
• Experience with site grading, utilities, and stormwater design is essential.

They are open to engineers ranging from mid-level through senior, depending on experience.

The role offers increasing project ownership and exposure to diverse private and municipal development projects.

Responsibilities

• Support design and coordination for site development projects including grading, utilities, and stormwater systems
• Prepare construction documents, stormwater calculations, and permit submittals
• Collaborate with clients, attend municipal meetings, and assist in project approvals
• Work closely with Project Managers and subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• EIT preferred; PE required for senior-level roles or ability to obtain
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of site grading, utility layout, and stormwater design
