Job summary

TYG connects experienced land development professionals with civil engineering firms and developers across Ohio. You will work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, handling site design, grading, drainage, and stormwater management while coordinating with Ohio agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work.
• EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and regional jurisdictional requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Site design, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Entitlements, permitting, and coordination with Ohio agencies.
• Client and consultant coordination from concept through construction.
• Leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules for PM-level candidates.
• Owning client relationships and coordinating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What we're looking for
