Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of professional engineering experience, preferably in land development.
• FE / EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land development plans from schematic design through construction.
• Coordinate regulatory permits for large-scale projects.
• Perform zoning interpretations and feasibility studies.
• Contribute to stormwater management design and H&H modeling.
• Apply local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
• Engage with regulatory agencies.
• Manage all aspects of project efforts and interface with clients.
• Nurture existing client relationships and develop new ones.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Provide quality control of staff design and reports.
• Prepare proposals and track project budgets for profitability.
