Job summary

Pennoni in Camden, NJ is hiring a Senior Engineer to contribute to multi-discipline site/civil design projects on a full-time basis at our Camden office. This role offers the opportunity to lead a variety of public and private site development projects across markets.

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, serve as the lead civil engineer of record, mentor junior staff, develop proposals, and coordinate permits with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of professional land development experience.
• NJ PE license required; other states a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple site/civil development projects for private clients.
• Act as the lead civil engineer of record on projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines.
• Develop and maintain client accounts.
• Prepare proposals including project fee estimation.
• Oversee land development design drawings, specs, and reports from schematic through construction.
• Coordinate permits with regulatory agencies for large-scale projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and drafters in SWM, utility coordination, and E&S design.
• Other tasks as assigned.
