Kimley-Horn is seeking a Civil Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO with 4+ years of experience to join our Land Development team. This is not a remote role.

You will perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects, coordinating with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors while overseeing budgets and schedules. Collaboration with a team of engineers and designers is central to this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering design experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience in site civil design, permitting, and related software.
• Ability to manage tasks, concepts, budgets, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead design for land development site layouts and utilities.
• Coordinate with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules; mentor junior staff.
