Job summary

Kimley-Horn’s Raleigh office seeks a Civil Professional with 4+ years of experience to join the Land Development team. This role is not remote. You will perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects and lead land development site designs.

Responsibilities include coordination with clients and jurisdictions, cost estimation, permitting, and preparing bid packages. A PE license (or ability to obtain within 12 months) is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering design experience.
• P.E. license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead design for land development site plans and facilities.
• Coordinate with clients, attend meetings, and oversee quality standards.
• Assist in budgets, schedules, and permitting for land disturbance.
