Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and issue drawings, design documentation, and reports for land development projects.
• Perform calculations for grading, drainage, stormwater, water distribution, and underground utilities.
• Drive coordination to obtain local, state, and federal permits.
• Manage civil aspects of construction in the field: QC, conflict resolution, coordination of a multi-discipline team.
• Interact with contractors, vendors, owners, and internal clients to develop requirements, schedules, and costs.
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time.
