You will perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects, coordinating with clients and jurisdictions to deliver high-quality designs.

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• P.E. license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting, and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage multiple land development site design tasks and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, jurisdictions, and contractors to ensure quality standards.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, budgets, and progress tracking.
