This role offers a fantastic opportunity to continue growing your Civil Engineering career while working on a variety of Local, Federal, and State Government projects.

As a Civil EIT, you will contribute to the design of civil systems including grading, drainage, hydrology, and utilities for a variety of site development projects. Working under the guidance of licensed Engineers, you'll gain exposure to multiple markets and geographies, expanding your knowledge and deepening your skills in building systems design. Your responsibilities will include preparing stormwater management calculations, reports, and design drawings, participating in field investigations, and performing construction administration services. We're looking for an independent self-starter who can navigate efficiently through various design stages, from concept plans to construction documents, and who brings strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with peers and clients.

What we offer:

We offer a competitive salary along with employee ownership through our ESOP program and work-from-home flexibility. Our generous benefits package includes multiple group health insurance options, a 401(k) plan with up to 6% matching, 24 days of paid time off (PTO), five paid holidays per year, tuition reimbursement, and additional perks.

We also prioritize work-life balance with benefits such as 80 hours of parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child, a hybrid work schedule, and accommodations for individuals with disabilities in roles requiring travel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
  • Hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, bring a positive attitude, and multitask
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to obtain a security clearance
