Job summary

AKRF is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our private land development team in White Plains, NY. You will design complex commercial, residential, and industrial projects from concept through construction, collaborating across disciplines to shape New York's built environment.

Requirements include a BSCE, 2–5 years of experience, and FE/EIT preferred. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is expected, plus a valid driver's license for site access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
• 2-5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• FE/EIT certification preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Plan preparation of Site/Civil design and construction drawings including site layout, signage, grading and utilities.
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for stormwater and sewer networks.
• Prepare SWPPP reports with calculations per NYSDEC manual.
• Perform zoning reviews and feasibility studies for site constraints.
