Creighton Manning, a GAI company, seeks a Civil/Site Engineer 2 to assist design development for commercial, institutional, and residential projects in White Plains, NY. You will contribute to site design, roadway plans, water/sewer utilities, and stormwater management, with field visits as needed.

The role requires a NY P.E. license, a ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, and 5–10 years of related experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited institution (required).
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in New York State is required.
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil 3D software preferred.

Mansioni

• Site design and layout of vehicular and pedestrian circulation, parking and loading.
• Roadway design, including street and sidewalk plans and profiles.
• Utility design, including plans and profiles of water and sanitary sewer services.
• Drainage and stormwater management design per NYSDEC requirements.
• Grading and erosion control plans.
• Coordinate with subconsultants for geotechnical, landscape and lighting plans.
• Construction administration and observation services.
• Assist with developing municipal application packages for SEQR and local regulations.
• Oversee entry-level engineers and technicians, delegating tasks and coordinating deliverables.
