• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline and four years of professional engineering or land surveying experience.
• Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Alaska within six months of hire.
• Valid State of Alaska Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record at time of hire.
• Satisfactory background check including criminal, education, and employment history at time of hire.

Aufgaben

• Plan, design, inspect, and maintain parks, recreational facilities, and related engineering projects.
• Prepare contracts, inspect complex construction projects, and advise on major problems of construction.
• Respond to concerns or complaints from the public regarding park-related, drainage, site, or water quality concerns.
