Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or traffic engineering or relevant field.
• 2 years of experience as an Engineer.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Engineer In Training (EIT) Certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee funding applications for state and federal programs and coordinate with City departments.
• Manage project development, design, and coordination for LAP projects with adherence to federal/state requirements.
• Oversee construction management, contract administration, and public communication for transportation projects.
