Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our growing team! In this role, you will work on the planning, design, and delivery of transportation projects that improve mobility, safety, and connectivity for communities. You’ll collaborate with engineers, planners, and public agencies to bring infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design of roadways, highways, and related infrastructure.
• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Conduct roadway geometry, grading, drainage, and utility coordination.
• Perform traffic analysis and incorporate safety and accessibility standards into designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, environmental, and survey staff.
• Assist in permitting, project approvals, and agency coordination.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and public engagement activities.
• Oversee construction documents and provide engineering support during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within 12 months.
