Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Minnesota team, working with city staff to manage multi-discipline projects across public infrastructure. You will lead project teams, oversee design, and coordinate with clients from initial concept through construction in Minnesota.

Required: Minnesota P.E., BS in Civil Engineering, 5+ years in civil design, experience with roads, drainage, water and sewer systems, AutoCAD and Civil3D; strong communication; willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• P.E. registration in Minnesota is required.
• Experience with public/private sector clients and projects.
• Experience in design functions such as site planning, roads, drainage, and water/sewer systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D preferred.
• Experience in design, construction inspection, contract administration, PM and BD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to lead M&BD activities and mentor staff.
• Willingness to travel to nearby clients.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
