Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Licensure: Illinois PE license (or EIT with path to PE).
• Experience: 3-5 years in land development, storm water management, and infrastructure design.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MicroStation/Geopak/Open Roads (required).
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, TR20, EPASWMM (preferred).
  • Stormwater modeling and permit preparation expertise.
• Soft Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage civil engineering projects (grading, utilities, roadways, stormwater).
• Prepare construction documents, permit applications, and agency submittals.
• Conduct site visits and construction observation.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies (IEPA, MWRD, IDOT, etc.), and project teams.
• Prepare stormwater management reports and hydraulic calculations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications.
