• Schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors to avoid delays and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate resources with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and owners.
• Read and manage subcontracts and vendor agreements per owners’ contract requirements.
• Collaborate with inspectors, consulting firms, and utilities to ensure compliance.
